My journey into real estate began while I was working in healthcare, when I purchased my first two homes as co-living house hacks. Those early investments completely changed my financial trajectory and opened my eyes to the power of smart, leveraged real estate. I became very passionate about sharing the incredible benefits of real estate with friends and family, which eventually led me to transition into mortgage lending.
Today, I work with a wide range of buyers across the country from first-time homebuyers and growing families to seasoned real estate investors scaling multi-property portfolios. I specialize in creative, out-of-the-box financing solutions, including DSCR loans, alternative income products, and investor-focused strategies, while also guiding traditional buyers through purchases, refinances, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. Because I’m an investor myself, I advise every client through a long-term lens helping them choose financing that supports not just this purchase, but future goals as well. My approach is educational, strategic, and highly personalized, ensuring my clients feel informed, empowered, and supported at every step.

I spent my first career as a Physical Therapist where I simultaneously began my journey as a real estate investor. I shifted careers to educate and empower others to achieve homeownership and leverage real estate for a better life.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my husband and son, family and friends, skiing, hiking, camping, or traveling. I love volunteering for environmental outreach, Special Olympics Winter Games, Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue, and for Rocky Mountain Women’s Invest!
